MY BOX just dies main board suggestions please help

OK so my box just died. And I would like to go p4 800

I pretty much have my chip picked out p4 2.4C 800 for the oc features of the chip possibility for 3.06 or more and from what i read HT is availaible

But I need a board heres what I would like

DDR of course. HT, NIC, Sound 5.1 or better, video (if it will out perform my geforce 2 gts 32 meg) 800FSB obviously, Firewire a major plus. IDE RAID a must, SATA connectors optional. Cant be an all USB board, and good oc features. Basically I want a board with the most bang for my buck.

If you have an amd solution then send that as well

IS7 or IC7, not sure which one has IDE raid though

does that board have ide raid i see it has sata raid but that dont help me and which board are you reffering to is7-g, e , IS-7 ?

ok so in 875p boards is the what i want the ic7-G is a nice board but i cant seem to find if it has ide raid. Can some one tell me if it does.

well ive disocved the ic7 nor the is7 has ide raid built on. any other suggestions
