I just purchased a 500gb WD My Book USB 2.0 / eSATA drive. Whenever I attempt to transfer files to it using eSATA my system starts to hang, off and on following the same pattern as the files being transfered to the drive. USB works fine without issue.
Upon checking the EventLog, I noticed it's being filled with the following two errors:
