My body is warm. Except the hand on my mouse is cold.

My hands get so cold that I can make people jump by touching them, my typing speed slows down noticably, and I need to use my lava lamp as a hand warmer. I seriously dont' think my heart actually moves the blood throughout my body.
 
Leaning against the back of your chiar is probably constricting the bloodflow to your right arm. Take care of it before it becomes a bigger problem.
