my blorb + geforce 2 mx help!!!

Awhile back i got a 3d Prophet II mx, it always had texture tearing problems so i figured a better heatsink would reduce this or elimate it. I made a heatsink out of an old socket 7 heatsink. It worked really good for awhile but the way i held it to the video card was pretty ghetto so i ordered a blorb. Now, i just got my blorb today and slapped it on and what do i noticed, it doesn't look like it fits when i use the push pins w/ thermal grease. And texture tearing is quite evident. What should i do? Use the thermal tape or what. thanks
