So I am a very impulsive person who loves a good deal.

I picked up a Samsung 24 inch monitor/tv (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...425&nm_mc=BFUS) for 219 bucks. I opted to pay a bit more for a monitor with a tv tuner as I would use it for both. But as I wait for it to arrive, i have a few questions:

1) I want to verify my gfx card can display 1080p

2) Would it be possible to have 3 monitors with my one gfx card (listed below)

3) I currently have att uverse that uses a phone line to send information. My inclination is im going to need a box to watch tv from the monitor as the box the box would provide the coaxial conversion. right?

4)and lastly is the monitor worth the 219?

thanks guys.

yes it can. DVI to HDMI converter is probably necessary.

no. your graphics card can only drive 2 monitors. (look at the back, it only has 2 dvi ports....)

3) I currently have att uverse that uses a phone line to send information. My inclination is im going to need a box to watch tv from the monitor as the box the box would provide the coaxial conversion. right?
yeah, that'd be the case. however you can hook it up to an antenna to get free OTA HDTV.

4)and lastly is the monitor worth the 219?
that's something only you can determine.

thanks guys.
