Ok, I just called them. I told the manager that I'm not particularly mad, just a little peeved that I didn't get any chicken. The smartass asked me "Well, what would you like for me to do?" in a condecending tone. I told him "nothing, but you might want to tell your employees to doublecheck their orders - people just might want chicken when they order CHICKEN salads."

Oh well, I guess I'll just get my salads at another store, no big deal.

No, It's a 10 minute drive in the middle of rush hour to go back to the BK that I bought it from. I only went there because I had just finished picking up some yard supplies at Home Depot, I had the munchies. I figured a phone call would be sufficient.

I wasn't angry on the phone - I had already eaten the salad and it was pretty good. I just gave the guy a tip that they should check for chicken more often - nothing more, nothing less.

And I just don't know why people would buy salad from a fast food restaurant That removes the reason for going there (to get greasy, unhealthy, tasty American food).
