okay it started like 2-3 days ago, my left bicep randomly starts to pulsate, looks like something is moving violently in it. its weird i think ive had it happen to me if i do some physical strenuous work, but it just appeared randomly. it moved about 1/16 inch out or so, and can even be seen >_<. i was wondering if this has happened to anyone. its getting really annoying sometimes so i punch it...

Get some sleep that could help. It is muscle fatigue from overwork/exhaustion. It could be an excess of stimulant though, but I doubt it.

I concur. Lack of Potassium can sometimes lead to muscle ticks and spasms.

Does milk give you potassium?

yea, does it?, hmm i guess i have will have to get some potassium then >_<, i haven't eaten any fruits in a long time..., maybe i need some vitamin pill or something. strange thing is that i didn't do any physical activities.
