vocals = :thumbsdown:

(not saying i can do better)

edit: btw alot of bands "suck" because of bad vocals.

Well, on the plus side your website doesn't suck and in your pictures you aren't standing in front of a wall.

Unfortunately, your lead singer has a horrible voice and unless having a vocalist who sings our of key is your goal he needs to go.

one thing i might point out is that your band is playing about 2x slower than, for instance, glassjaw.

a REALLY common mistake that young bands make (my own band made it on our first CD, too) is playing way too slowly. i listened to the first purevolume song, and it must be about 95 BPM, but it needs to be more like 120 BPM. it's made worse by it sounding like you were all straining to hit that tempo... if i was producing you guys, the first thing i'd do is set you up with a click track playing twice that fast and get you used to it so you can play at a normal speed on time. also, click tracks are your friend when you're tracking drums.
