my back hurts..... :(

I think i agravated my back a bit after that lifting of the treadmill..
it used to hurt in that region before, but now its a lot more, but its bareable still.. until you press on it.

Its on my spine, lower back, and it feels like a small bump. I have had this pain before, but it never bothered me, I am going to go back and have a doctor look at it.

i hate my back..

yesterday when i lifted i lifted with my legs, so i dont see the problem, but somewhere that weight caused some stress..

eh, that sucks. sit up straight, maintain the inward curve in your lower back during that drive if possible, stop several times and get out to walk, maybe use a lumbar support if you know where to position it.

Nothing like a nice long drive to really aggravate an impending back problem...

So?

I guess it makes the pain a little less severe when one talks about it. 🙂
Just a sore subject for me. I live with constant back pain (30% disability) and drive everyday. Yet I don't whine about it.

Try this. That should get you through the trip, but you have to determine the root of the problem once you're home. Pulled muscles are treated differently than pinched nerves etc.
