My back hurts....help.

Go to the couch and lie down with your back on the floor and your feet elevated on the couch. Basically you are in a sitting position except your back is on the floor. Take some ibuprofen to alleviate swelling and call me in the morning🙂

800mg enough?

Yep, also bring a book you might be there for a bit. Take the two and wait about an hour or so, ibuprofen takes a bit to kick in. If that doesn't seem to help you can take two more, but I would go see a doc if that doesn't help.

Get an inversion table and use it. Learn some yoga exercises, especially variations of the plough pose. Take pain meds as necessary. See a chiropractor if condition persists for longer than two weeks. Try to determine what caused the pain, and don't do it anymore.

W00t....I can quit work. I'll tell my boss the guys on ATOT said it was OK.

try OTC pain relievers.. whichever works best for you.. maybe physical therapy if neccisary. tryto avoid getting pain killers from doctor b/c most of them are quite addictive.. same for muscle relaxers, but thats a better bet. i bought myself a 4.5 lb density memory foam topper for my bed and they help too.
