My ATI RADEON 9500PRO is almost shot out, what is a good replacement?

I apologize for not ellaborating more. While not in the past 10 months, I do intend to play CS:S again. I had UT2k4 on my computer as well, but don't have to put it back on. I play Rise of Nations, AOEIII, and Sim City as well. I'd like to stay <$100 and am open to used parts.

I'd buy a used 9800 for like 60 from these forums or maybe a x800xl/x850pro from the ati clearence center.. they are around 120 though. The argument between the 850 and 800 goes on and on but it probably doesnt really matter for you..
