I bench with the 2600K at 5.3GHz ;) Everything except Metro 2033 bench, which for some reason refuses to start if I'm above 5.0GHz.

I dont know what it is with Nvidia cards but they need a perfectly stable overclock to bench with. I've always heard that Nvidia cards utilize more cpu power then amd

You say you can put two of them in. They'll 'fit' if you have 3 spaces of room, obviously, but when I saw it happen, the top card hit 98C in furmark (and so I traded one of my 2-slots for it and now have a 2 slotter, and a 3 slotter).

Yea you know what, after actually testing and seeing the crappy stock VRM/VRAM cooling, I definitely wouldn't stack two of these. 98C core probably means 110C VRM, yuck D:

Hey thanks for the info with this card..

was able to get 1 card 1.41v max3d,to run 1450 boost on the stock cooler with some ceramique2 paste a 220 cfm on top 60c max
i have a ddm with a k probe feature for temps so I put it under stock vrm hs, right on top in middle of vrm set.
mostly under 80c for most benchmarks but did see heaven benchmark get vrm to 85c.

The other card has a h70 for cooling and custom fancy vrm heatsinks but it only goes 1420 boost 1.42v and peaks out at 50c in a 73f room.
Was slower at stock also thuo.
One thing thuo,I do feel the 10k is too big and gets away on you really fast when it should not,you know what i mean so i just put on a 5k.
other then that the mod is about the same as yours so thanks again.

Yea, I meant to update that resistor value. Once you get down near 2K the change in resistance happens very fast, where a quarter turn can take you from 1.4V to 1.5V D: I'm still using a 10K, it works, just have to be careful once resistance gets low.
