Feels like it anyway. My right cheek especially feels like the heated seats in a car are on low. Kinda where you think you feel heat, but aren't quite sure. It comes and goes, usually sitting, but sometimes standing. Does that sound like anything?

I like that picture :^D

I don't know. I haven't looked yet. Shingles came to mind, but I don't think it's bad enough for that. Dunno if you can get a very low grade of shingles. It almost doesn't exist. It comes and goes, but I definitely notice it. Especially driving. If I didn't feel it elsewhere, I'd pull the fuse on the heated seat. It feels exactly like that. Weird.

you should be asking "does it feel good?"

if yes, ask yourself "how can i get more of it?"

Sciatica or similar nerve issues.
That's a good possibility. Might be a new manifestation of my back issues. It doesn't hurt, but the increased likelihood of feeling it while sitting, and especially driving is telling. I put more weight on that side when I drive.

Sciatica or similar nerve issues.

Yeah, that's my thought as well. I was in the hospital in January and I'm just now getting full feeling back in my leg from the sciatica. Very similar symptoms to what you're describing.

You swore to never speak about that night that we got super drunk. I swear I spit on it and I'm sorry you were so sore the next morning. I do feel bad that you are still dealing with issues after this much time but you were begging for it.

If it is scatia, go see a physiotherapist., might be a myofascial trigger point in the buttocks muscle that is irritating the nerve that lies beneath it.
It is very common. There are lot of muscles comprising the buttocks muscle. Some therapy and you might be fine again.
No medicine needed.

Just getting over sciatic issues, my piriformis muscle was spazing out and making the sciatic branch going down my right leg a bitch. Couldn't walk for a couple of weeks for any length of time. Better now, doc said happens to people who sit a lot, like data analysts like myself.....specific stretching and exercises seemed to of helped quite a bit to strengthen my core once again.
