So I'm taking a nap this afternoon when all the sudden i am awoken by the sound of running water...I'm like wtf so i get up and go into kitchen and there is water dripping down from my cieling fan :Q So i go upstairs and pound on the guys door above me, he doesn't answer so i go to the front office, and ask them to take care of it, they say they are closing up soon but will call maintenence. I get back around to my place go pound on guys door again and finally he comes around, bitch him out cause he was stupid enough to be trying to do laundry in his apt (with one of those POS portable washers) and ended up flooding the place which in turn has caused my apt to be rained on.
So anyways here were are 4 hours later, NO ONE has come from maintence to even look at the problem. I want some good way to screw over the management here...the guy above me is half retarded and on welfare so i aint getting money out of him...but is there some "Assosiation" you can contact when your landlord isnt doing jack to fix problems?
