Hi all!

Got a real passion for programming and really into App Inventor 2 which lets you create Android phone Apps. To motivate myself I thought about doing video tutorials on YouTube.

I've produced the first few videos and hopefully they help 🙂

At the moment I've covered the setting up of your PC and phone, how you connect them (USB, Wi-Fi or using the Emulator) and how you build and download Apps onto your phone.

In this video tutorial we are finally starting to program! Building the "Optical Disc Drive App", I will show you how to use buttons, images, sounds, if-else statements, events, get and set blocks to create a simple App.

We will be creating variations of the same App, adding complexity as we go along. For example at first we will have two buttons, then just one button that does everything.
