The most breathtaking item of jewelry I have ever received as a gift came from this site:

The peacock feather earrings with multicoloured beads (the third picture down) are indescribably lovely. The photo does not do them justice. I have diamond earrings, sapphire earrings, ruby, amethyst, opal, emerald, and pearl earrings, and none of them equal the beauty of these relatively inexpensive adornments.
 
Ok Electric Amish, try this place. http://www.chickshops.com. They have some really cool stuff here, and seem to be relatively inexpensive. If not, let me know, and I will search some more, there are a ton of these stores around. 😉
