I was in a small bicycle accident about 1 month ago. I sprained my wrist and I hurt my ankle. At first I thought I had just sprained my ankle and that the pain would go away.
Well, it has been a month and my ankle still hurts. The pain is pretty strong when I go up stairs, or any activity that puts a lot of stress on it.
I was sick about a week ago and I spent about 24 hours in bed. I noticed that after I the illness my leg felt much better (almost pain-free) , until I had put a day of walking around and stairs on it...then it started hurting again.
So I was wondering if you all think I should go get it X-Rayed, wrap it up with something, stay off of it COMPLETELY for a couple days, or just stop my whining .
