I recently got an AMD 1.4Ghz processor and on the box, (and the order) it says 1400-266mhz, so i should have a 266mhz FSB. Why then, does it only allow me to choose 1400(133) in my KG7-RAID bios? and 3dmark2001 reads it as 1.37GHZ with a 133mhz external clock speed. I should have a 266mhz FSB, how can i do that?

it's ddr

133x2=266

it's correct and you are running at 266. same thing with ddr ram. pc133=pc266 (though they call it 2100)

Oh ok, i was actually running at 1057(100) before, and i changed it now to 1402(133)

So 3dmark2001 will still show up as 133mhz as fsb, and only AMD and mobo makers call it 266 (as a marketing tool)??

It depends on what mobo you have on whether or not it shows 133mhz or 266mhz. Either will still be right.
