My almost 21 year old girlfriend just called to tell me that she got arrested

She got arrested for stealing the 3d glasses at an IMAX theatre.... the $0.50 cent, clear plastic glasses kind. She said the police came, she signed some paperwork, the paid $25, is supposedly banned from the theatre chain... and when she read the paperwork (formal admission of guilt), it sounded (at least to me) like charges were still being pressed against her....

She had been trying to see this IMAX with a friend of hers since friday night.... friday night there were "projector problems," saturday night it was "sold out" and tonight she got into a late show because the early one was sold out. Did I mention that at no point in this process did I get invited? I know it was special "friend time" but when you burn a whole weekend on some crap like this.... well... lol

I think she's getting what she deserved :beer:

Can I get a wtf?

I couldn't make this up man. Please put the shens away, I can't prove it unil I get a scan of her paper... which means I have to find it at her place... and then steal it and take it to work, scan it, upload it, and return it w/o her noticing....

I was actually expecting to see something along the lines of "My girlfriend was caught for prostitution and public indecency" when I got in here.

I couldn't make this up man. Please put the shens away, I can't prove it unil I get a scan of her paper... which means I have to find it at her place... and then steal it and take it to work, scan it, upload it, and return it w/o her noticing....

uhm...ok...i want to see a scan of this paperwork, i find it hard to believe that the IMAX is pressing charges over .50 glasses...unless she was being a rea b*tch and someone saw her putting it in her purse or wherever and asked her to return it...then she claimed she didnt have them and made a huge scene...
