My Acer X223W not working with Windows 10

I have a Vizio TV connected to my computer thru HDMI and my monitor X223W connected thru DVI. Under Windows 7 both worked but under Windows 10, only the Vizio works.

When I boot up the computer, both displays work. I can see the startup logo and everything on both displays. But once I get to the login screen and beyond, the Acer X223W says "no signal."

I'm running a RX 580 gfx card with the latest drivers. Any ideas?

do you have to 'extend' the display in order to see on both screens? Hit your Windows + P to toggle through the types of options (extend, duplicate, PC screen only, and 2nd screen only).

As was mentioned, you do have to go through Windows display settings for these displays to work together (right-click menu on the desktop). In my few experiences with Windows 10 and multiple displays, or changing displays, it seems to default to the main display, while the others have to be enabled, then the display can be extended to your liking,

Have you tried 18.2.1, just to see if there is any improvement? Or even uninstall and let Windows 10 choose the best driver?

Okay this is a bit of a necro but I just solved my issue. I had to turn on "Virtual Super Resolution" in the Radeon settings. My Acer X223W is now working yay!!
