Soo, this LCD is about a year old. I turned it on this morning (it had been working fine last night) and it start to make a crackling noise? Kind of like that of a rattlesnake. The image on the screen was the regular bios image that appears when I boot and I didn't realize the noise was coming from my LCD at first. Well, I finally realized it was making this noise right when it stopped.
Now, if I turn on the monitor it will stay on for 2 seconds, and then it will continue to be on but the image dissapears. Is this an issue with some connection coming loose or something or is it dead? and does Acer have a warranty for this?
