This was my situation here, when my system wouldn't boot. I talked with the guys from Outside Loop today, and they were able to clear my CMOS. They had to reseat the cpu and memory, after they shorted the CMOS. He said while shorting the CMOS they unplugged and replugged in the ATX power cable. Then it cleared and they set it to 11x133=1466 using all jumpers. They told me core voltage will not hold when going jumperless, so I'm stuck at 133fsb. Oh well, I guess I'm lucky to have a 1.2 that'll do 1.466.
Not for nothin, but WTF is with that CMOS bullsh!t?
