My 8800gt is only running at PCI-E x4, what do I do?

I have a P965-DS3 board with 300mhz fsb, 1:1 mem timings, 1.3875 cpu voltage, and +0.1 G(MCH). What do I do to resolve this?

What app/ or in bios is it saying that you are running at 4x?

It says I am running at x4 in both CPU-Z and the driver. I also tried setting the pci speed to 101mhz and removing the overclock, but that didn't work.

I tried changing the fsb to 333mhz and that didn't work. I tried bumping up the pci to over 110mhz and that didn't work. When I move the g(mhc) any higher I can't post. What else can I do? I am on the f12 bios, could that be part of the problem?
