im gonna be getting a bigger psu eventually, and it will have cable sleeves... so the cable management will be fixed!

Personally, i think the GS is a better deal if OCed mostly because of Sm3, which could be useful since next gen games are almost upon us.
 
I just got my 6800GS today, doesnt overclock that well IMO. The core cant get past 500Mhz without artifacts, and my memory maxes at 1193Mhz. I'm about 20 points short of 6000 3DMarks in 05. I'm thinking of doing a volt mod. :|

I'll do some screens either tomorrow or early next week.
