my -5v on my power supply reads -6.19 on the bios

I just installed a new powersupply, antec smart power 350 watt.
When i boot up i got an error msg to go to the hardware monitor in the bios.
the readings under the -5v is -6.19 in red. whats going on? is it safe to ignore?
