i refuse to attend HS reunions.

we (wiz and i) kinda feel the same way, but i really want to go because i feel we are successful and want to attend to "prove" something, kind of. I was not that popular and would like to see where the popular kids are now!

Easy to say when you've just graduated. In 10-20 years, the idea will probably be more interesting.
If my class is having/had a 10 year, it would be this year. I'll have to check and see if there were plans. There were only 19 of us, and we're pretty well spread out across the country, and the high school was in Germany.

yeah you're probably right.

My 10 year is next year. I can hit the three bars in my home town on a Saturday night and meet up with about 50% of my class, and learn about another 25%. That other 25% ran away from that town and never looked back.

5 years reunion...i wouldn't want to attend!

i wouldn't want to reunite with spoiled bastards! damn those kids who spoiled parents for bmw, mercedes-benz, audi, lexus and cadillac cars.

those bastards... :disgust:

My 20th is next month. I've never gone to any of them. This one includes a wine/cheese tour of the school building and a drunk fest at a country club. WTF?? Did my classmates age twice as fast as me or something?

5 yr reunion is a waste of time. People rarely change. I had my 20 year last year. That's when you really see some changes in people.

My 10 year is coming up I think. Class of '96. It might be interesting to check it out. I wasn't the most popular, nor the most shunned.

i didn't go to my five year, and i didn't join the alumni association because they didn't give me enough scholarship money when i graduated. i'll consider my 10 year, just to see if everyone has changed, they're still all dating "the loves of their lives" and if that JC education got them anywhere.

Did you know Lola in high school?

You're not old, I'm old .... turning 31 this December 🙁 🙁 🙁

wizzy was actually my step bro's best friend in HS. i hated both of them a lot.
He thought i was a bitch.
we are a year apart so after he graduated, we started talking and hanging out more.(i guess because my step brother and him grew apart). So, we did know OF each other, but thats really it! The rest is history!

my 5er is comin up next summer i guess. i think 5 is too close to graduation and not many people have really changed that much.

at those 10 years reunions i bet you guys will see some major changes.
