Question My 4070 Ti + i5 13600K[F] gained over 50 FPS in game after upgrading & manually tuning the RAM

Memory is manually tuned @ 17-21-21-41 1.45v
Dual Rank, Dual Channel - Gear 1 @ CR1
Hynix MJR IC - VDDQ & VCCSA @ 1.4v

How does that memtweakit thingy work? I see an apply button there. Can you set timings on RAM from within the OS? wtf?

IMC's were so silicon lottery though with ADL I remember. Not sure if it's gotten better with RPL. My 12700K couldn't post at any voltage with 4000MHz+ RAM, tried multiple sets of sticks.
