My 3DMark06 Score

Heres my 3DMark06 Score. At first I didn't think that it was very good but after looking at what most people are getting I don't think its too shabby.

I get 6279 on a single core CPU.

I'm hoping to break 7k with my Opteron 170 that is coming in tomorrow. I am shooting for no less than 2.7 on that beast.

Good score! I also have dual 7800GTs and score 5343. But my 3500+ is holding me back. I'm thinking about gettin' a 3800+ X2 now.

Jeeze Ronin no wonder you got 7k with dual 512MB GTX cards. But I still got you by 600 on the CPU score.

I considered the 512MB GTX cards but the way I figure it, in 6 months there will just be something better and I wasnt gonna pay 1200 or 1400 dollars or more just to win a pissing contest for 6 months. Nice score though.

Difference in cores. If I were to throw the 4800+ or an FX60 in there, that difference would go away fairly quickly, and then some. 🙂
