My 360 broke....AGAIN!

Seriously, what is wrong with these systems?

Granted, I have had this one since it came out, but it has already broken on me twice.

First time it stopped reading any games discs, but it still turned on.

A couple days ago, I try to turn it on and get the dreadful ring of death.

I am glad microsoft is still fixing these for free. I would of been pissed if it broke for a second time in less than a year and I was SOL.

Anyone else had as many problems with their 360? It still is my favorite console by far, but I have just been disappointed in how many times it has broke
 
I picked up mine on launch day, hasn't broken down yet. I get lockups in some graphic intensive games after about 4-5 hours though.

I guess the bad luck has to happen to someone.
 
I have had my 360 since launch. No lockups, no problems what-so-ever. There isn't anything wrong with mine, thats for sure.

I still think its better than the PS3.

I also own a Wii and I still have more fun with my 360.

Xbox live is leaps and bounds better than anything nintendo or sony has made. This is what keeps me on coming back to the 360.
 
Mine hasnt given me one lick of trouble, prolly cus I dont own one 😛
Xbox 1 though going on 3 years and never a problem, ever, never, ever, a lock up, heat problem, blah blah this that. Tun it on and play. I love my xbox 1.
All others suck ass.
Well maybe not the Wii or Gamecube, but all other suck. Yeah they suck.

ya my xbox 1 from 12:01 the night it was released is still running

modded with 120gb hd - use it almost every day
plus its been on car trips across the country a few times, bouncing around in the trunk, dropped once, and still runs perfectly - sometimes it does crash in games, rarely though.
 
I had mines for almost a year & it's been working fine but I know a lot of people where they got the red ring of death & my brothers system stopped reading discs. Mines does crash occasionally though especially in Gears of War.
 
Just got a 360 this weekend. The only problem I've had is NCAA 07 Football keeps giving these dirty disk errors. I'm leaning towards EA fvcking something up and not something on MS's end.
 
My launch day 360 has flown to other countries/states in my checked luggage and i've had absolutely no problems with it, still going strong.

Play Rainbow Six: Vegas almost every day on it.

No, I am getting a box shipped to me. I will send the 360 back next day air to MSFT, and they will fix it and send it back within 8-10 days

if it were the first time wouldnt be so bad, hopefully they dont ship you back a lemon again and you have to go through it for a third time.
