CPU: $20 - LGA1156 Xeon X3440 (eBay)
GPU: $200 - EVGA GTX 1060 3gb (New, Amazon)
Ram: $26 - 8gb PNY DDR3 (New, Amazon)
PSU: $30 - Evga 430w (New, Amazon)
Mobo: $$25 - Intel DH55TC (eBay)

Already got the case & HDD but I'm sure you can get them both for $50?

OK how did you do this on a $350 system? Running at 720p or lower? Or did you get a decent deal on hardware?
 
I didn't get a deal on anything, everything is readily available. The LGA1156 Xeon X3440 is a 4 core with hyperthreading and is effectively an i7. It's funny because the i5 750 cost twice as much without hyperthreading.
