My 3007FPW has crapped out.. Need to RMA. Suggestions?

Large green band down the screen in dark areas.. Does not go away.. I have to RMA this monitor and know that many people on this forum have had to RMA their dells.. What's the best way to go about this?

Also, I do not have the original box as I tossed it but I do have my Service Tag / Manual and such.. I bought this monitor in April of this year.

Anyone know what number to call? Navigating Dells site is a PITA..

When I had to RMA a Dell monitor it was very easy. I used the online chat support and was quickly given told a new monitor was on the way. The new monitor arrived within 2 days! It also came with a pre-paid return shipping lable so all I had to do was put my old monitor in the new monitor's box and set it ouside for DHL to pick up. I think Dell has some of the best service as far as RMAs go.

was it a brand new monitor or refurb??
