My 2nd stick of TwinMos BH-5 doesn't run so well :(

As the title says, I'm not able to clock it very well. Since Winbond stopped producing BH-5, I needed to get a used stick of BH-5. I didn't see any in the forum, so I went to ebay. It was cheap - $81 shipped, but I can't push it past 200, no matter how much juice I give it, even relaxing to 2.5-3-3-7. I'm testing 200 2-2-2-6 right now, praying that memtest won't spew out errors while I'm at work. I noticed that all of the errors come after 512 megs, so I'm guessing it IS the 2nd stick that's not up to snuff.
