I use ServInt (http://www.servint.com/). Very good support response times, active forum, good uptime, etc..

They're definitely not the cheapest and their base package is probably more than most people are looking for. They're good if you want to run multiple websites or resell even. It's good if you need more power/bandwidth/space than a normal hosting account.

I used to have my own dedicated server, but that ended up getting too costly ($150/month) and I wasn't bringing in enough money to pay for it. It was sweet having a whole server to yourself though. :)
