The monitor Will primarily be used for GAMING [PS3] AND watching HD movies Via my PC. I Dont do ANY other thing with my PC other Than Watch HD MOVIES and Web Browsing. Budget is around £400.00 PLEASE HELP GUYS!!

My CHOICES!!
1) LG FLATRON E2750v
2) Dell SP2309w
3) Dell U2410
4) Samsung PX2370

IF ANYBODY HAS ANY OTHER MONITOR I HAVEN'T GOT IN MY LIST... THEN PLEASE DO MENTION IT!! THANK YOU!!

thanks tynopik, only prob is thats a tad BIG for my desktop! i can only take it to 24"

i have my heart set on the 2 DELLs... im not sure which way to go.... ! all 4 monitors make a very good case for themselves
does anybody have these monitors?

image quality is overrated, go big

I-Inc iH-282HPB (1920x1200, 28", $250)

This is subjective, but I believe more people, like myself, prefer to have a smaller pixel pitch so that you get the improved sharpness. I have a 25.5" 1920x1200 monitor and it's just on the border for what I'd consider to be acceptable. 28" is definitely way too big for 1920x1200 imo.

I'd actually prefer a 24" at 1920x1200 than my current 25.5".

i have seen the Samsung Airdata! i wasn't overly impressed with the blacks it displayed with high def movie playback! 🙁

LG is a cheap Chinese company. Lifes Good

ya right they all brake down and come defective. Cheapest company,, HP is cheap too for monitor,, get quality like Sony or Samsung ,

fellas, i returned the sp2309w! i found the screen to be way to SOFT and the viewing angles weren't very good.
i also checked out the mentioned Samsung. And it was no better than the Dell sp2309w!!

my problems have been solved by the Dell U2410! it was the most expensive out of the bunch. But worth every single penny. An amazing investment. and my extensive search has led me to the best monitor in my opinion!
