My 2100+ Overclock, 13X166 and Winbond says 41.5C, no errors today at 12.5

I guess you're referring to temps.? They're ok. By the way, why are you running it at 16x133? Are you still using PC133 memory? Otherwise, bump up the fsb and lower the multiplier.

It really depends on your RAM. If it's overclocking-friendly, you can go higher than 200. But I have no idea what type of ram you've got so bump it up higher than what you have set at right now. Who knows? you might still be using PC100 on a KT133A chipset motherboard. I don't even know whether your cpu is type A or B. What motherboard? Do you have a quality PSU? do you see where I'm going at? More info. you provide will get responses quicker. And check other threads. This forum is plastered with 2100+/1700+ overclocking threads.

Meanwhile, I'm at 166FSB and 12.5 right now running Prime95 and temps at 47C.

Not too bad. Need some new memory.

I am now at 166X13 with temps at 41.5C and running Prime 95. Ran Prime95 at 166X12.5 all day with no problems. Looking good!:);)
