eh. we usually keep the pens under lock and key, but we obviously had a breech in security. He found one, a red felt tip, and managed to find a check I was going to deposit this morning.

The credit union took it, but they looked at me funny. :)

Great, tie down your two year old son's creative impule. Deny him access to the tools that will develop his creative mind. You might as well kill him now, as he isn't going to be a productive member of society with all of your writing utencil restrictions.

just rip it up and right a new one or have the person who issued it, issue another one. While your at it try and deposit your son. The bank will keep him safe

You know, if you tell a kid he can't use pens/pencils at all... the odds of him using one when he finds it is about 99.9%. If you give a kid some pencils and teach what he can and can't write on, the odds of having problems are about 25%.

In Soviet Russia, the check scribbles your son.

Then again, you take your son, but you look at the check funny.

I can just see the future of yamaha's son now: Arrested for hijacking a shipment of Bic pens after years of harboring frustrated desires....
