yea it's legal. In Florida the law is 16 up to 23, 17 up to 24. And that's for sex. You can go out with a 14-year-old if the parents don't care.

Unless he lives in one of a very few states, yes. If the age difference is 3 years there's almost no states that consider that wrong, though I think there's one or two where sex with someone under a certain age, regardless of the age of the other person involved, is illegal.

It's legal as long as they don't screw, but then again, statutory rape can only be reported by the girl or by the parents of the girl, I believe, unless you're caught by a policeman. Something like that. But don't take my advice for it.

Only if the parties are in a certain age grouping. Usually 17 is the age where the state no longer cares.
