MXTabs.net down for good?

I was going to look up a tab from Mxtabs.net and I see they have a notice posted that they're shutting down.

I remember they did this once late last year but the site was re-opened. Anyone know if it's down for good now? This sucks. 🙁

Cool yeah I think I've been to Ultimate Guitar once or twice before. Looks like that'll be the new tab place for me. I can't believe they can pressure Mxtabs to shut down... I mean tabs aren't copyright infringment, are they?

Wish they gave a warning... I would've saved the hell outta tons of tabs. Isn't their FF extensions to mass-save links or is that just for pics?

Surely they kept that DB somewhere... that's many many years of valuable contributions!!
