MXLogic down?? anybody else use MXLogic for spam filtereing?

we can not receive any mail from outside the company. cant get to mxlogic.com nor can we call them because their lines are busy. (all circuits are busy).

I can log in to the control console webpage just fine...

its somewhat fixed. some inbound emails are coming in but i just tested from my yahoo and gmail and they havent come yet.
