MX700 Random back/forward paging when websurfing

This is getting pretty annoying. Just got the MX Duo a couple of weeks ago, and the MX700 is deciding to go back a page on me every once in awhile. At first I thought I was hitting one of the side buttons, so I paid close attention and that's not it. It's not getting any interference, becasue it only does it when I'm using it., not when it is just sitting there. Is this happening to anyone else.... and is there a fix?

Yeah, kinda had that one figured out. I don't think it is specific to my particular mouse. I'm looking for others that may have had or continue to have the same issue.
 
Mines works fine even with other Mouse devices so if you've tried the latest drivers and that doesn't fix it, returning probably will.
