MX700 Question

I'm getting no love over in the Peripherals forum, so I'll give it a go here.

I have the Cordless Elite Duo running on my computer but I want to upgrade the mouse to an MX700. My current mouse just eats the batteries.

Is this mouse going to use the same RF reciever that I already have hooked up to my computer? If not, then will the keyboard work with the MX700 reciever? I just don't want 2 recievers.

Thanks for any help.

I think you would need the cradle that is included in the MX duo for both to work based on the chart.

No and No.

You will have to have the kb receiver and the mouse cradle.

(Trust me.... it's worth it!)

Well I already went ahead and ordered it. I needed to order a bunch of stuff from Dell and the total came to $300. The mouse pushed me over the $350 limit for today's $45 off coupon from Dell so I am getting the mouse for $57.56 -$45.00 = $12.56.

Definitely worth it! 😛
