I picked up a refubished MX700 duo. The mouse works fine, but the Keyboard will not sync up when the connect buttons are pressed. I've enabled usb keyboard in bios, I've switched batteries, I removed batteries and pressed keys for 10 minutes to clear capacitors, I even updated the itouch software to the most current on logitech.com. None of these things have helped. I'm starting to think that I may have recieved the wrong reciever because the installation diagram that came with it shows it having a usb adaptor and a seperate adaptor for the mouse, mine only has the USB. Also, even after updating the itouch software, there is no "connect button" in the control pannel, as stated on the logitech help page. The bottom of the reciever says "Cordless Mouse Reciever P/N 830659-0000" Can any MX700 duo owners check their recievers and let me know if yours has the same part # and / or connections?

Thanks in advance

The Connect button is on the bottom of each device, and the receiver.

Yeah have all been pressed... many times... I was making reference to the ITouch Configuration Panel, which, according to the support section of the logitech web site, has a Cordless tab with a connect button on it.

Where did you order this refurbed set from? I've heard of justdeals pairing the wrong combos together, which gets me worried because I just ordered a set from them as well.

I've connected my mx700 combo keyboard to both my own receiver that came with it and the type pictured in this review. That one says it's for mouse and keyboard too though.
