MX700 base

Is this receiver/base capable of supporting a keyboard like the one included in the cordless duo mx? I currently have a cordless freedom optical and was wondering if I could just upgrade the mouse and still only use one receiver instead of two.

Nope, if you buy just the mouse, the receiver will just support the mouse.
I know because I was hoping the same thing. Now I just use two receivers.

yeah, but look in the hot deals forum. you can get the duo for cheaper than the mouse itself
