I switched from an MX510 to an MX518 mouse recently (broke my MX510 :(). I'm having the hardest time getting it to move the way I want it. I've played with the settings in both the Control Panel and the Logitech software and there's no "inbetween" for the movement level I want. So dumb. Anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking about going back to an MX510 :p

From day 1 it installed and played nicely.

Maybe you just got a bad one? Try reinstalling the drivers for it?

Nah, its a settings thing. Right now I have sensitivity set to 700dpi and disabled the other dpi adjustments, then set pointer speed to 4 notches past slow and pointer acceleration to low, plus did some settings in the Control Panel. Pretty close to okay but not perfect. Oh well, at least it looks cool :)
