MX300 under Win2k?

I am looking to make to jump to 2k but I am a little skeptical of the drivers available for this card. Aureal's final drivers are still beta, but has anyone used them? I have heard they've had some problems with Starcraft.

basic drivers (just get sound working) ship with Win2K. I've got a 4-speaker setup and these have been fine for me (not finicky). I haven't touched the beta reference offering. Too many instructions.

w2k has drivers for the card included. you don' t need to install their betas drivers
