MX1000 or G7? Poll

There's quite a few topics about the G7.

I currently own an MX1000. It's a really nice mouse (for me). Overall (gaming, everyday use), it works great.

I've read about the G7 and a lot of people here say it's a lot better.

What would you chose and why?

I say the MX1000 for overall use.
 
MX1000 because of the second side button... it does have a second side button?

Plus, the G7 is ridiculously costlier over the MX1000. You really don't need all that stuff do ya?

For the price of the G7, you can do what I did, buy the MX1000 for everyday use and MX518 for gaming. The more buttons on a mouse the better for me. I have both plugged in at the same time and happy with the set-up.
 
If you find a good deal for each one, the G7 is available for 55, the MX1000 for 40, and the MX518 for 20-30. These deals come by about every other month.
