MX Duo keyboard problem.....help

I recently purchased the cordless MX Duo, and I installed the software that came with it. I noticed though, that some of the hotkeys don't seem to do anything. The Messenger/SMS, Go, <-, scroll wheel, and some others don't do anything. They don't even show up in the iTouch program so I can't program them, or figure out whats wrong. Has anyone else ever had this problem with this keyboard, or any other logitech one? How should I fix it?

hotkeys are poop... at least i don't use 'em

in any case, make sure and grab the latest iTouch software off logitech's site. that should be for the KB, whereas the MouseWare should be solely for the mouse

I've never had problems, and I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse (purchased seperately)
