OK i have the cradle, the software(rev 1.4)? will there be any issues if i use a mx1000 mouse that didn't come with these items in the same box? i am not sure case i never used wireless mouse before and wanted to make sure

If the cradle is from an MX1000, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it with the latest drivers and software from Logitech's site.
 
Reread my post. If the cradle came with an MX1000 then it should work. You may have better luck calling Logitech.
