MX 100 program question

I am have a brand new MX1000 here and my old logitech has a program called web wheel so if you push down the wheel it loads a wheel with links for the internet and shortcuts to programs and folders. Does this softwear have this button program option? I have also been looking at the blue 510 but the cordless just caught my fancy as I only game a bit in FPS and racing games where the mouse is not used.

( No debates please between these mice as the cordless will be better for me as to where the cord has to run as it get stuck on my cable modem and the desk everyday and then you cannot move the mouse cord any further.)
 
I can't find anything like what you described in the SetPoint software on my PC. Is this a separate program? If so, just leave it on and you can probably use it with the MX1000.
