[Edit - accidently hit enter]

Ok, so I ordered a bunch of things from mwave and recieved an email saying the order was denied by my CC. I call up my bank and find out that my daily limit on the CC was 750 and needed to be much higher, fine. They raise the limit. The new limit is working as I also ordered things from newegg that were denied and have since gone through. So I call the number in the denied email and talk to a nice lady who confirms the order number and mentions that everything will be shipped. That was 2 days ago. I havn't seen a charge on my CC nor an email confirmation since. Yesterday I tried to email richards@mwave.com, tech@mwave.com, and change@mwave.com... all 3 addresses bounced back undeliverable.

What would you guys do? Ever had this happen? I just want the order to go through so I can build my new system :(

I have had this happen with my AMEX where I wanted it to be shipped to my work and not my Billing address. I would go to the home page and call the 1-800 number and they will put you in touch with the sales person you delt with and they should be able to help you as they did with me. Newegg I would do the same I only deal with those two companies online for computer stuff and have had nothing but great things to say about them. The only problems I had with either of the two are the problems I created.

Give it another shot.

LMK how it goes.

I have this happen with my CC also...for the reason that my Shipping and mailing address is different. I have it onfile with my CC Company and also included a 1-800 number for them to verify it.

I think the place the run the CCs through sux...I now buy all my parts from Newegg my CC went through no questions asked.

I just found it odd/disturbing that all their email address would bounce back undeliverable. Especially when the email I recieved was from "richards@mwave.com" telling me to respond back to "richards@mwave.com" or call the number I called. Also the email gave an extension number, but when I called I didn't need one. Oddities :S

I will look on the page today after work for a different number I can call. I was hoping the build the PC this weekend *sniff*.
